Event submissions. When you submit an event, we collect the event details you provide plus your name, email address, and phone number so we can contact you about your listing. Organizer contact information is used for calendar administration only and is not displayed publicly unless you include it in the event description.
Favorites. If you mark events as favorites, we store a random identifier in your browser so your favorites persist between visits. It is not linked to your name or contact information.
Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it

- To contact event organizers about their submissions
- To operate, secure, and improve the site
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who host and operate this site, or where the law requires it.
Retention
Event submissions and organizer contact details are kept while the listing is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
